Overview of Valley of Flower and Hemkund Trek:-

Opening date of Valley of Flowers and Hemkund Sahib is 1 June 2019. 

Price: 9000 (Includes Breakfast, Dinner, and transportation cost to and from Rishikesh)

Itinerary:

Day 01: Rishikesh- Joshimath

We will start from Rishikesh early in the morning. From rishikesh we will drive to Joshimath, which is around 250 Kms from Rishikesh. Joshimath is the home of Lord Badri during the winter season.

Day 02: Joshimath – Govindghat - Ghangaria

In the morning,  will have breakfast, and after that, we will depart to Govidghat by Car / Tampo /Suv. Trek starts from Govindghat to Ghagharia. The distance from Ghagharia to Govindghat is around 10 Kms. We will spend a night here in either a Home Stay or Hotel.

Day 03: Ghagharia to Valley of Flowers to Ghagharia 

We will have breakfast in the morning, and after that, start  trek towards the Valley of Flowers. The trek begins by crossing a river, and from there we can see a beautiful view of the Waterfall.We will enter into the gate of Valley of Flowers National Park. After doing the entries will continue towards the valley, walking beside the river. After cross an iron bridge, and from there we will start ascending, from here  feel the height of your trekking route.

The view of the national park will be in front of us after a few hours of trek. we all will have to return to check the post before 5 PM.

Day 04: Ghagharia to Hemkund Sahib to Ghagharia

After having a morning breakfast, today we will trek to Hemkund Sahib, which is also known as highest gurudwara in the world.This is a steep trek and will take a whole day to return to ghagharia.

Day 05: Ghagharia to Joshimath

On this day, we all will start returning this will be an easy trek as you all will be descending. You will have your night stay in Hotel.

Day 06: Joshimath to Rishikesh

Your journey will end on this day.
