Mahadev Gufa is one of the lesser known Gufa hikes in Tapovan Rishikesh. This Gufa is small but among the most beautiful nature around. It is so serene that it does not even have address on Google Map.
We can reach this cave by following a two hour trek Tapovan. The cave is a wonderland of natural beauty. The trail of Gufa is a popular route to see the Rudra waterfalls, difficulty is just moderate level & suitable for all adventure travelers. Must visit place for spiritual tourists.

Day Plan
• Arrive at the Tapovan, meet with your expert guide. The hike is scenic and along the valley river with the gurgling sound of the waters and nature all around with chirping birds as your companion. It takes about 45 minutes to get to Rudra waterfall, unwind yourself at waterfalls, which flows crystal clear waters among nature.
• Follow a bit steep trail for few more minutes up to the cave and experience a never before scenery of nature, absolutely untouched.
• The hike ends with walk back to Tapovan
